Warm Up Med 2026: A taste of life at sea!

Do you dream of sailing the open seas, but want to do it in a reassuring and above all friendly environment? Then the Warm Up Med 2026 rally, organised by Grand Large Yachting, is for you.

Designed for owners at the start of a project or looking for experience before a big departure, the Warm Up Med offers :

• Getting to grips with your boat in ideal conditions
• Your first nights at sea in complete safety
• An introduction to marine weather forecasting and route planning
• A friendly fleet atmosphere with plenty of time to meet up and share ideas

Free sailing in the Mediterranean

The route is deliberately flexible: participants choose their itinerary together with the organization team, depending on the weather conditions.

📍 Start and finish: La Grande Motte
Free sailing between the Balearics, Sardinia and Corsica
1 technical stopover planned
Duration: 3 weeks / 800 nautical miles
Fleet: 6 to 10 boats

Quick overview of the event

• 27 to 29 April: Preparation in La Grande Motte + weather session
• 29 April to 24 May: Sailing (with a TBC technical stopover)
• 9-11 May: Technical support ashore (if required)
• 12-15 May: Sailing
• 18-22 May: Return to La Grande Motte for the Outremer Week
• 23-24 May: Participation in the Outremer Cup
